The A La Carte is designed to be a 4 course menu. Part 1 is complimentry whilst Parts 2,3 & 4 - priced individually - make up the full offering.

We pride ourselves on supporting responsible local agriculture; from our sustainably-sourced shellfish, to our home-grown aged pork from Anglesey. Our ingredients come directly from small farms and fisheries to offer the highest-quality produce from around the British Isles and beyond.
